Wesley University, Ondo

This master plan sets out the full campus of Wesley University of Science and Technology in Ondo, on a rolling site bounded by rivers and farmland. Academic colleges, administration, a library, an auditorium and sports facilities occupy the core, with student hostels and staff quarters grouped in distinct residential precincts.

The plan follows the site's contours, threading a road network between zones so students, staff and visitors move easily across campus while an existing village settlement is retained. Design Modules prepared the master plan in collaboration with Bold Form Company, giving the university a clear framework for phased growth.
