CBN Intervention Project, Fed Poly, Bali

This Central Bank of Nigeria intervention project delivers new student facilities for Federal Polytechnic, Bali in Taraba State. The scheme comprises male and female hostels, a clinic and a mini mart with restaurant, built as cream-rendered blocks with brick-red accents under steeply pitched green roofs, linked by new access roads and parking.

The master plan organises the buildings along a central access road, placing hostels within easy reach of the clinic and daily amenities in a generously landscaped setting. Design Modules provided architecture and master planning, shaping both the campus layout and the design of each building.
