Scope of Services: Architecture and Project Management

This luxury apartment development occupies a walled plot in Osborne Phase 2, Ikoyi, Lagos. The three-storey main building pairs brick-clad facades with white banding, projecting bays and a broad hipped roof crowned by a dormer balcony, while a second three-storey block with deep flat eaves stands to the rear.

The arrangement of two buildings around landscaped parking and a gated forecourt gives residents privacy and generous circulation on a compact urban site. Design Modules provided architecture and project management, coordinating the scheme from planning through delivery in one of Lagos's most established residential districts.
