CBN Centre of Excellence, UNIPORT

Scope of Services: Project Management

The Centre of Excellence at the University of Port Harcourt is a Central Bank of Nigeria development on the university campus in Rivers State. The complex groups several linked blocks in warm terracotta cladding and grey panelling, tied together by covered walkways, shaded carports and generous paved forecourts.

Balconies, deep roof overhangs and landscaped grounds moderate the humid southern climate while giving staff and students comfortable, shaded circulation. Design Modules served as project managers for the Central Bank of Nigeria, coordinating consultants and contractors through construction to completion of the campus facility.
