Golf Pavilion, Shell Club Ogunu

The Golf Pavilion at Shell Club, Ogunu, Warri is a single storey clubhouse for SPDC Nigeria Limited, set directly on the course. A broad hipped shingle roof with deep overhangs shelters open sided terraces, carried on paired columns with stone clad bases and low rubble stone walls.

Open perimeters draw breeze through the seating areas while the deep roof keeps sun and rain off players and guests, and an enclosed core with a chimney serves the club's indoor functions. Design Modules provided the architecture for the pavilion as part of the club's recreational facilities.
