Executive Luxury Flats, Oju Olobun

Executive Luxury Flats is a gated residential development on Oju Olobun Close in Victoria Island, Lagos. Two rendered apartment wings rise around a recessed entrance frontage, with curved balconies, projecting cornices and steel balustrades giving the street elevation a layered, articulated profile.

The site plan organises the main building alongside a service block, staff quarters and a gatehouse, with resident and visitor parking, lawns and a swimming pool. Design Modules delivered full architecture and project management services, carrying the scheme from reinforced concrete frame through to handover.
