This multi-apartment town house development sits within a walled, gated compound in Lekki, Lagos. Two-storey terraced units combine rendered facades in red, cream and grey with pitched roofs, deep eaves and brick-trimmed balconies, arranged around a paved forecourt that provides secure off-street parking for residents.
The terraced format delivers several self-contained homes on a single plot, each with its own entrance and balcony, an efficient response to demand for family housing in Lekki. Design Modules provided architecture and project management, taking the scheme from design through site delivery.
